ANNUAL LITERACY PARENT CONFERENCE

The 10TH Annual Literacy Conference, formerly known as No Child Left Behind, will take place on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at McKay High School, 2440 Lancaster Dr. NE. Key issues will be addressed that will help parents be involved in the education of their children.

 This is a free event with childcare available for ages two through twelve....

In the event of a 2-hour school delay, the morning breakfast program will be cancelled.

Mid-Valley Mentors held their first Mentor Awards, recognizing amazing people who are volunteering their time, for as little as an hour a week, to work with students through-out Salem. Alan Becerril is a 6th grader at Parrish and was recognized with his mentor, John, with the Match of the Year Award.
